ProjectLink’s formation originates from a singular moment. Our founder was presenting at a Gartner event and kept being approached by multiple industry leaders, all fielding common questions, challenges, and concerns – despite leveraging the “Big 3” consulting firms they were lacking practical solutions. Our founder identified the missing link in the traditional Project Portfolio Management (PPM) and Agile Transformation consulting practice, and it was this spark that ignited ProjectLink.
